The $35-million Orangegate Plaza, one of Westminster’s largest office complexes, is now complete.
The plaza’s final property, a six-story, 62,000-square-foot structure, was finished earlier this fall, bringing to 200,000 square feet the size of the entire four-building project.
Tenants in the newest building, which is about 35% leased, include San Diego-based National University, which will locate a satellite campus in the building, and Burdett Publications, a manufacturer of craft and needlework kits that will locate its administrative office there.
Divisions of Orange-based Centennial Group constructed the plaza, which is situated at the juncture of the Garden Grove and San Diego freeways, and the Centennial Properties division manages the complex.
