Copier Company Buys Technology Center in Tustin

Ricoh Development of California, manufacturers of copiers and camera equipment, has purchased the 14-acre, two-building Freeway Technology Center in Tustin for $17.35 million.
The previous owner and the developer was O’Donnell, Armstrong, Brigham & Partners, Costa Mesa. Ricoh, which has been operating in several facilities in the Irvine Business Complex, is expected to add 600 new employees after it takes occupancy of its new quarters early next year.
Collins Fuller Corp., Newport Beach, represented the owners and Coldwell Banker represented the buyers.
