Hawaiian hotel developer Michael Brennan has been named president of the Irvine Hotel Co., the hotel subsidiary of the Irvine Co. Brennan, 53, had been chief executive officer of the Hemmeter Development Co. of Honolulu. He replaces James T. Kelley, who resigned from Irvine Hotel Co. to start his own hotel development company in Orange County.
