Patrick F. Cadigan, chairman of Irvine-based Technology Marketing Inc., has been given the additional titles of chief executive and corporate secretary. Gerald T. Hudspeth, formerly president of TMI subsidiary Macrotest, has been named president, chief operating officer and a director of the computer products company. Hudspeth succeeds Robert K. Lowry, 59, as president. Lowry, a TMI co-founder, is retiring to pursue other business interests, a company official said. He will remain a company director. TMI also named Charles M. Hill, corporate controller, to the additional post of chief financial officer.
James V. Grasso has been named vice president of operations for Rockwell International’s Autonetics Electronics Systems in Anaheim. Grasso replaces James E. Houser, who has held the post on an interim basis since the formation of the division in June. Houser is vice president of operations for Rockwell’s Electronics Operations, the Anaheim unit’s parent organization.
Grasso joins Autonetics from Rockwell International’s corporate offices in Pittsburgh, where he was vice president of operations-Eastern region. He has held manufacturing-related management positions since joining the company in 1980.
Scott L. Watson has joined Elliott Corp., a general contracting company in Newport Beach, as vice president of asset management. He will manage the recently formed asset management division, which has a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of investment properties. Watson had been a vice president with Crookall Shirley in La Mirada for three years and was with the Irvine Co. for seven years.
