Health Care Property Investors, Costa Mesa, reported that net income rose 10% for the year ended Dec. 31, 1987, to $14.2 million from $13 million a year ago. Revenues jumped 37%, to $39.5 million from $28.8 million in 1986. In the fourth quarter, net income was $3,782,000, compared with the $3,762,000 posted in the same period of 1986. Revenues totaled $10.4 million, a 12% increase from the $9.4 million reported last year. Health Care Property Investors is a real estate investment trust that invests in health care-related facilities, including long-term care facilities, acute care, rehabilitation and psychiatric hospitals, substance abuse recovery centers, congregate care facilities and medical office buildings.
