Villa Pacifica, a luxury retirement rental community for people 60 years and over, has been completed at 18421 Lemon Drive in Yorba Linda. The developer is Pacific Scene Inc. of San Diego.
The $4,375,000 gate-guarded project features 84 one- and two-bedroom apartments with private patios and balconies, washer and dryer hookups, heating and cooling systems and a full-service recreation building with library and fireplace and large heated pool and spa.
