Michael Jackson canceled a performance at the 18,000-seat Arena in St. Louis, the second time in 72 hours that illness has forced him to skip a scheduled concert on his 13-city tour. “It’s been a tough past three days. Michael Jackson is not known as ‘no-show,’ ” Arena manager Roger Dixon said. Monday night’s show by Jackson, whose tour started Feb. 23, had originally been set for Saturday night. Jackson performed Sunday night as scheduled.
