Orion L. Hoch has been elected chairman of Litton, Beverly Hills. Hoch succeeds Fred W. O’Green, who earlier this month announced his intention to retire. Roland O. Peterson was elected president, chief operating officer and a director, and Joseph T. Casey vice chairman and chief financial officer. These changes were also announced early this month. Hoch, president of Litton since 1982, continues as chief executive.
