ROMULUS, Mich. — Martin E. Citrin, a businessman, Jewish leader and the only non-family executor of the Henry Ford II estate, died over the weekend of a self-inflicted wound, police said today.
Citrin, 59, of Bloomfield Hills, was found dead about 3 p.m. Saturday after shooting himself to death in a room at a motel at the Detroit Airport in Romulus, police said. The other executors of Ford’s will are his widow, Kathy DuRoss Ford, and son Edsel Ford II. Citrin’s association with the Fords grew from a friendship between his wife and Mrs. Ford.
