The $14-million Columbia Savings Plaza, a 4-story office complex across the street from Farmers Market, will open by the end of the summer.
The 68,384-square-foot complex on the southwest corner of 3rd Street and Fairfax Avenue, features bronze reflective glass windows accented by pink-toned concrete panels and bands of burgundy granite. Blue-green reflective glass is used in a circular tower on the corner.
The complex is being developed by Kornwasser & Friedman. Columbia Savings & Loan has leased ground-floor space in the building to expand the firm’s presence in the Fairfax area.
Architect is the Nadel Partnership, of Santa Monica. The Beverly Hills/Century City office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services is handling leasing duties.
