California Amplifier Director Increases Stake

Dr. Jorge A. Levisman, a director and founder of California Amplifier in Camarillo, has increased his stake to 16.2% from a little less than 10%.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Levisman, a Beverly Hills cardiologist, bought 240,000 shares for investment purposes for $300,000, or $1.25 a share. The company makes amplifiers used in satellite dish systems.
