Local News in Brief : Laguna Beach : Positions for 3 City Commissions Open

Positions are open on three city commissions, and people interested in filling them have until June 16 to file applications. The commissions are Arts, Open Space and Planning.
Applicants, who will be interviewed at the City Council meeting June 21, must be residents of Laguna Beach.
The Arts and Open Space commission members receive $40 a month. Those on the Planning Commission are paid $60 a month.
Applications must be filed at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 505 Forest Ave.
