Measure A Sparks Debate Over Growth and County’s Future

In regard to the Times Orange County poll of voter attitudes on growth and development as published in your May 23 edition: I am a native Southern Californian. I have lived in Orange County since 1959 and have seen it steadily deteriorate from a virtual paradise to a congested mess. At this point I have a simple question to ask -- If the supervisors/planners are not responsible for this, who the hell is?
