4 Beverly Hills Buildings Planned

First Financial Development and Francis Development have purchased a 38,000-square-foot parcel at 101 N. La Cienega Blvd. in Beverly Hills from Wisma Building Corp., in a transaction valued at $4.2 million.
The buyer will build four three-story, 15,000-square-foot office buildings, designed for sale to owner/users. Completion of the structures is expected in mid-1989.
L.J. Hooker International represented both parties in the transaction and is the exclusive agent for the project.
