“A Whisper Kills” was a great disappointment. I am a great Joe Penny fan, but not when he looks like a derelict. His appearance added absolutely nothing to a nothing plot, and he acted as if he was the Deputy D.A. barking out orders, instead of an unkempt reporter without a razor or a shower. Yuck!
