Both my daughter (a college junior currently in her second summer at Disneyland in Attractions) and myself enjoyed the delightful juxtaposition of Georges Seurat’s “Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte” with Disneyland’s People Mover and Matterhorn that graced Calendar’s cover June 19 (“Sunday in the Parks With Calendar”).
Illustrator Mike Ma’s flight of fantasy appealed to us as aficionados of the French Impressionists and America’s favorite theme park. Is there any chance that color prints of Ma’s creation might be made available?
