Local News in Brief : Fullerton : Executive Selected for College Advisory Board

Cal State Fullerton President Jewel Plummer Cobb has named business executive Norman V. Wagner of Orange to a four-year term on the University Advisory Board.
The 13-member advisory board meets regularly with Cobb to provide her with information about the communities served by Cal State Fullerton.
Wagner, 59, is former president and chief executive officer of Signal Landmark Properties Inc. He joined that firm in 1968, holding various postions until serving as president and chief executive officer from 1976 to June of this year. He is now a consultant for the company.
Wagner has a bachelor’s degree in geology from UCLA. A veteran of the Korean War, he is a retired lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
