A jazz concert featuring local guitarist Jim Storey will be broadcast live at 8 tonight on KSDS-FM (88.3). Storey’s band, which includes Kevin Quail and Steve Fierebend, will perform in the San Diego City College Theater, at the intersection of 14th and C streets. Admission is free.
