International Business Machines Co. said it is raising prices for many of its older products and related services, excluding its newest computer models from the change. IBM said prices will increase 5% on most products and services, while maintenance agreement charges will go up 3%. Excluded from the price increases are the new IBM 3090-S models, introduced earlier this week, as well as the new Application System-400 and the Personal System-2 and RT system computers.
