Local News in Brief : Tractor Flips Over; 1 Hurt

A construction worker suffered critical injuries Thursday when a tractor overturned in Lobo Canyon, officials said.
The accident occurred about 11:40 a.m. near 31460 Lobo Canyon Road in an unincorporated area near Westlake Village, Los Angeles County Fire Department spokeswoman Diane Castro said.
The worker, whose name was not immediately available, was briefly trapped beneath the tractor and was freed by firefighters, Castro said. The worker sustained two broken legs and massive head trauma, and was taken by helicopter to Westlake Community Hospital, she said.
