A Costa Rican congressional commission, in an unprecedented report, has accused three Supreme Court justices of links with drug trafficking and called for their resignations. The bipartisan commission’s findings came as a result of investigations into the dealings of Roberto Fionna, an Argentine extradited in October to France on drug-trafficking charges. The justices named are Eduardo Ching, Jesus Ramirez and Alvaro Carbajal.
