‘Agenda for Bush’

The report on Bush’s wiggle room stated that Bush endorsed an income tax boost on “relatively affluent retirees . . . Medicare recipients with incomes of more than $10,000.” My dictionary defines affluent as “wealthy, prosperous, rich.” It must be time to get a new dictionary--one that can read Bush’s lips.
