Shultz to Be Reappointed to Board of Red Cross

WASHINGTON — President Reagan announced Tuesday that he will reappoint George P. Shultz, his secretary of state since 1982, to the governing board of the American National Red Cross. The reappointment will extend Shultz’s term on the board for three more years.
