Nju er der jul igen is what they sing when Danes get together to dance around their Christmas trees. So says Garrison Keillor, safely home again in the United States after a brief sabbatical in his wife’s native Denmark, in a Christmas radio special made up of memories of his first and only Christmas in Copenhagen. The 90-minute program filled with Keillor-styled tales and songs will air Dec. 17 at 6 p.m. on KUSC-FM (91.5 mhz). An expanded version called “An American’s Christmas in Copenhagen” will also be broadcast on KUSC at 6 p.m. on Christmas Day.
