A London hospital porter was charged with conspiracy and withholding information about terrorism “regarding Northern Ireland affairs” after police uncovered a bomb factory in a south London apartment, Scotland Yard said. Authorities identified the man as Edward Wadley, 35, and said police arrested him Dec. 22, the day after the arsenal was found. A brief statement gave no arrest details and did not indicate any link with two fugitive Irish Republican Army suspects being sought by police in connection with the bomb factory.
