A federal appeals judge in Trenton, N.J., barred the release of a businessman charged with trying to export nerve gas who authorities claim possessed classified documents that could jeopardize national security. U.S. Circuit Judge Morton I. Greenberg issued a stay of a lower court judge’s order that the government release Juhwan Yun, a naturalized U.S. citizen from South Korea, on $2-million bail. Greenberg said it would be irresponsible to free Yun before a three-judge panel of the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on his release.
