NBC’s Brandon Tartikoff needs to take off his blinders if he cannot see “what else” ABC has besides “Roseanne” (Critic’s Corner, Feb. 19). ABC has two more outstanding shows: “The Wonder Years” and “Hooperman.” They are on Wednesday nights, Tartikoff; tune in some time. Regardless of Tartikoff’s opinion, “China Beach” also is a fresh, thought-provoking and warm show. And what about “Perfect Strangers,” which is consistently funny?
