Barclays Bank of New York announced that James P. Gay, Stanley J. Nawrocki and Nicholas J. DeMeo have been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president. The announcement was made by John S. Spencer, chief executive of Barclays USA banking division and president of BBNY, the bank’s New York commercial and retail banking subsidiary.
