A ninth-grader who says that mass murderer Charles Manson is his hero has been barred by court order from attending a high school in Sacramento. Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Gunther approved a preliminary injunction sought by Center Unified School District in a suit claiming that the boy, whose identity was withheld, poses an immediate threat to other students and the faculty at Center High School. The judge ordered the boy and his father to work out an agreement with school officials allowing him to attend a special school. The boy has been in a program for severely emotionally disturbed youngsters.
