The Bowers Museum Board of Governors has elected new officers for the 1989-90 fiscal year. Arthur V. Strock, president of Newport Beach-based Strock Architects, is the new president, replacing Harriet Harris. Parker S. Kennedy, president of First American Title Insurance Co. in Santa Ana, was reelected first vice president. Treasurer Douglas K. Ammerman, a partner in the Orange County office of Peat, Marwick, Main & Co., also was reelected. Former board secretary John M. Rau, president of Costa Mesa-based David Industries, is now second vice president, and Judy Fluor-Runels of Santa Ana has assumed Rau’s former post.
