Willie Banks, a guard who played for the Washington Redskins, New York Giants and New England Patriots in a six-year pro football career, died Sunday of arteriosclorosis at his home in Brentwood, Md. He was 43.
Banks, from Alcorn State, was the an eighth-round draft pick of the Redskins in 1968. He ended his pro football career in 1973 with the Patriots.
