N. Africa Session Delayed

TUNIS, Tunisia — A summit meeting of five North African leaders has been postponed for a second time after Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi said he could not make the dates favored by King Hassan of Morocco. An official announcement here Wednesday night said the heads of state will now meet in Tunis from Jan. 21 to Jan. 23.
