Thirteen boys ranging in age from 14 to 17 have been arrested and are being held without bail for investigation of the slaying of a 15-year-old in this East Bay city. Detective Mike Warren said police will recommend that all the youths be charged with murder, even though only one stabbed Alex Calderon. “They all participated in this incident in one form or another and under the law, that makes them all parties to the crime.
