Garvey, Ex-Wife Reach Accord in Custody Fight

Baseball star Steve Garvey and his former wife, Cynthia Truhan, reached agreement Friday on child and spousal support, visitation rights and attorneys’ fees stemming from a bitter custody fight over their two daughters, their attorneys said.
Neither Garvey nor Truhan were present in court where their attorneys negotiated the settlement in the chambers of Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Frances Rothschild.
