The Newport Harbor Art Museum board of trustees has elected three new members and has reelected a former member to four-year terms. The new members are Walter P. Blass, chairman and chief executive officer of the Shearson Lehman Hutton Mortgage Corp.; Michael C-Y Kang, owner of the Five Feet and Five Feet Too restaurants; and Elizabeth Carr Tierney, who volunteers for several cultural and social causes. David H. Steinmetz, the former member, is associate vice president for investment at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., Newport Beach.
