Southwest Conference Commissioner Fred Jacoby denied a protest by Texas, which asked that 14 seconds of its Feb. 4 overtime loss to Arkansas be replayed.
The protest was based on officials failing to call a technical foul on Arkansas Coach Nolan Richardson, who walked off the court with Texas ahead, 86-83, with 14 seconds left in regulation.
