Garcia Headlines Country Club Card

Alex Garcia (15-1, 11 knockouts) will face Dion Burgess (7-2, two KOs) in a 10-round, main-event heavyweight match at the Country Club in Reseda on Tuesday. The first bout of the five-fight card will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Other bouts include: Robert Carson (8-3-2) vs. Ali Sanchez (11-6) in a six-round middleweight match; Jose Garcia (2-0-1, two KOs) vs. Charles Kirk-Young (8-2-2, two KOs) in a five-round welterweight match; J.R. Frye (2-1) vs. Troy Tutwiler (debut) in a four-round heavyweight match; and Jim Tunney (0-1) of Thousand Oaks, the great-great grandson of heavyweight great Gene Tunney, against Melvin Pinion (0-2) in a middleweight bout.
