Pasadena, Tokyo Firms Sign Pact: Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. of Pasadena and Maeda Corp. of Tokyo signed a mutual cooperation agreement to pursue engineering and construction projects in the international marketplace, with initial emphasis in the United States. The pact acknowledges the similarity in expertise between Jacobs and Maeda and calls on each company to coordinate its respective resources “to offer a broader range of services to clients” in the “engineering/construction and building material-related business areas,” representatives of the firms said.
