ATI Medical Reports Rise in Profit, Revenue

ATI Medical Inc., a Glendale company that rents medical equipment to hospitals, said its fiscal third-quarter profit climbed 41% from a year earlier on a 25% increase in revenue.
In the quarter that ended April 30, ATI’s net income rose to $1.06 million from $752,865 a year earlier, while its revenue rose to $13.2 million from $10.6 million.
ATI, citing an expansion in the overall medical equipment rental market, said its profit for the first nine months of its fiscal year jumped 81%, to $2.73 million from $1.51 million, while its revenue climbed 29%, to $37.4 million from $28.9 million.
