Visitor Congratulates Cuomos on Wedding

NEW YORK — Nelson Mandela took time out of his busy schedule Wednesday to congratulate Gov. Mario M. Cuomo on the recent marriage of his son, Andrew.
“I am also very pleased that your son Andrew recently got married,” Mandela said as a crowd of thousands cheered outside City Hall.
