More Good Mornings for Lunden: While the competition teeters with instability, ABC’s “Good Morning America” is signing co-host Joan Lunden to a new five-year contract, effective in August. Lunden joined the show in 1980. Last week, “Good Morning America” beat NBC’s “Today” for the 24th week this year.
