ANGEL FOOD: Bennie the Bum’s chili is the newest thing at Angels games (D5), but it’s not the weirdest. . . . That title is still held by the sushi-to-go. After a half-season trial, the stadium’s once-dubious concession manager, John Trosper, thinks sushi was an OK idea, although not for every venue. . . . An average of 420 people buy sushi each Angels game, thanks to the crowd’s white-collar character, Trosper says, but “I can’t imagine them selling sushi in Pittsburgh.”
