Atwater Back in Hospital for Routine Tests, Therapy

WASHINGTON — Republican Party Chairman Lee Atwater, who has been battling a brain tumor, has been rehospitalized for routine tests and therapy, a staff aide said Thursday. The spokeswoman said Atwater was undergoing routine physical therapy, blood tests and scans at George Washington University Hospital.
