PAGING ANDREW LLOYD WEBER: The Alan Parsons Project’s latest weighty undertaking is titled “Freudiana,” a pop concept piece loosely based on the works of (are you sitting down?) Sigmund Freud. The record, which features a lineup of guest vocalists including Kiki Dee and Leo Sayer, will also be staged as a musical this fall in Vienna (with all the songs performed in German!). . . . If you just can’t wait for Bonnie Raitt to make a new record, then watch for the upcoming Judds album, “Love Can Build a Bridge,” where Raitt does a guest spot, singing and playing slide guitar on “Rompin’ Stompin’ Bad News Blues.” . . . Heartthrobs Nancy and Ann Wilson do a guest spot on “Trouble,” a song co-written by Nancy for the new album of all-gal rockers Precious Metal. . . . Headbanger Alert: AC/DC is back Sept. 25 with a new album titled “The Razor’s Edge,” recorded in Vancouver earlier this year with hot rock producer Bruce Fairbairn. . . . Pop Eye’s Worst Use of a Great Pop Song in a TV Commercial goes to Snickers, which is running a TV ad with an incredibly tinny re-recording of the Rolling Stones’ “Satisfaction.” . . . And our apologies to Randy Phillips, who we misidentified last week in an item about the management firm of Stiefel-Phillips.
