Ex-Councilman’s Son to Challenge Farrell

The son of a former city councilman announced Thursday he plans to challenge Los Angeles Councilman Robert Farrell for his 8th District seat.
Billy Mills, son of judge and former Councilman Billy G. Mills, is expected to formally announce his intentions on Sunday, supporters said.
Mills practices business law for the firm of Radcliff & West and is a member of the county Commission on Judicial Procedures.
