Infant and Girl, 5, Killed in Car Crash

A 7-week-old infant and a 5-year-old girl were killed Saturday in a car crash at 109th Street and Crenshaw Boulevard in Inglewood, police said.
The children, whose names were not released, were passengers in the same car when the mid-afternoon accident occurred, a police spokesman said. Details of the incident--which may have involved a single car--were still being investigated, the spokesman added.
