Studio Denies Suit Accusations: Orion Pictures Corp. has denied allegations made by Hemdale Film Corp. in a $30-million lawsuit filed last week. Hemdale accused Orion of failing to properly account for revenue from three Hemdale Films, including “Platoon.” Orion called the accusations “completely without merit” and said it plans to file a counterclaim.
