Please add my name to the list of people who object to Bill and Maria Cowell’s practice of consulting at hardware stores but buying at home centers. Another example of beating the system and ignoring ethics (“Newlywed Builders Learn Magic Words: ‘Redo It’ ” Sept. 30).
I’m sure Bill and Maria would not like their knowledge, at work, regularly picked for free.
