University of Tennessee Coach Johnny Majors met with defensive end Kacy Rodgers, linebacker Dewayne Dotson and tailback Keith Jeter and reinstated the three as members of the Vols’ football team after a woman decided she did not want to pursue a complaint alleging sexual assault in the Gibbs Hall athletic dormitory the night of Oct. 11.
