San Dimas : Restaurants Get Approval
The developer of Rancho San Dimas Plaza, which has been under construction for about eight months, has won City Council approval to build drive-through restaurants at the shopping center.
The council voted 3 to 2 to change the Zoning Code and allow drive-through restaurants at the site. Councilmen John Ebiner and Denis Bertone voted against the amendment.
However, before the restaurants are constructed at the southeast corner of Lone Hill Avenue and Arrow Highway, Benco Development Group must apply for a conditional-use permit, which requires a public hearing.
